Introduction of the repair process and the process
of restoring and renovating recycled parts.

	1.Repair Repairing a scratch on the core of the bumper.
	2.Washing Removing both the mud and oil from the inside and outside of the bumper.
	3. Bumper remoulding The bumper is inspected to evaluate what needs to be repaired.
	4.Sanding The first process of repairing the scratches on the bumper are done by using polypropylene after first removing the painted surface.
	5. Paper Sanding for dented areas Sanding the bumper for scratches in crevices.
	6.Sanding for detail area A fine sander is then used to further smooth the bumper area.
	7.Painting primer Prior to the putty application, the painting primer is applied to the base of the bumper.
	8.Putty After the putty has been applied, the surface is then smoothed.
	9.Paper sanding To further smooth the surface, a paper sanding application is used.
	10.Polishing The repaired area of the bumper is then polished also including the surrounding areas.
	11.Masking process Unaffected areas are covered, so that only essential painting is done to the repaired section.
	12.Finishing The final process involves the surface being placed in a ventilated room to allow natural air to dry the product.
